What is the difference between remedial and a relaxation massage?
Remedial massage targets a specific complaint using assessment and matched technique. We do not offer a generic relaxation-only service; every session here starts from what is actually sore.
How long should I book for my first visit?
Sixty minutes, unless the complaint is small and specific, in which case thirty is enough. Ninety is for a longer-standing problem or a full-body pattern.
Can I claim on private health insurance?
Most extras policies that include remedial massage will cover a portion of the cost. We process the claim through HICAPS on the spot so you only pay the gap; check your own policy's massage benefit with your fund.
